Meet the All Care leadership team.

Joel Dougherty,

Chief Executive Officer

Joel studied Healthcare Administration at Bellevue University. In 2011, Joel was honored in Midland’s Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, a list of young professionals considered influential leaders in their respective fields. Joel brings eighteen years of community health experience to All Care Health Center gained through both Chief Operating Officer and IT/Facilities leadership at OneWorld Community Health Center in Omaha. When not working, Joel enjoys cooking, scuba diving, and animals of all shapes and sizes.

Jacquie Peregoy,

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Peregoy has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Accounting and an Associate of Arts in Business Management. Prior to joining All Care in 2013 she worked at Bland & Associates, LLP in Omaha, Nebraska as a Manager. Arabian horses and grandchildren are Jacquie’s passions; she also participates in Arabian horse rescue work.

Gina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in Business Management with an emphasis on Workplace Practices and Perspectives in 2008.  In 2017, she completed the Masters of Business Administration program, with an emphasis on Human Resource Management at Bellevue University.  She has spent the majority of her professional career working in Healthcare Operations and Human Resources.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two dogs, camping, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.

JoLynn Ahmann,

Pharmacy Director

JoLynn graduated from South Dakota State University in 2001 with a Doctorate of Pharmacy. Jolynn has been with All Care Health Center since April 2013. JoLynn stresses the importance of medication reconciliation to ensure patient safety. In her free time, JoLynn likes to spend time with her husband and two boys. She also enjoys gardening and experimenting with new coffee origins and brewing techniques.

Kerri Hodges,

Development & Marketing Director

Kerri Wede began her education at Iowa State University with degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Apparel Design, where her career took her through New York City, Council Bluffs, and Saint Louis, then back to the Omaha metro. Over the last ten years, Kerri shifted her career to assist nonprofits in their growth and development through community and partner relationships, while meeting their budget needs through fund development strategies and grant writing. Kerri began her journey with All Care Health Center in 2017 as a fund development and marketing consultant, and joined All Care full-time as their Development and Marketing Director in July 2020. Outside of work, Kerri enjoys running, hiking, boating, and most of all – time with her family.

Stevie Oman,

Quality Improvement Director

Stevie began her career as a recreational therapist after gaining her education in leisure studies at the University of Iowa.

Throughout her ten years as a recreational therapist, Stevie was also growing her skills in quality improvement while working with patient satisfaction committees, navigating rigorous Joint Commission guidelines and healthcare policies, and meeting metric goals and reporting for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.  Stevie’s leadership expertise in quality improvement continued through her development of policies based upon need demonstrated through audits.  Patient satisfaction, improvement committees, and assessments built upon her education and her earned master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Bellevue University.

Ask Stevie about her latest traveling adventure or her recent family time in the great outdoors, whether camping, kayaking, or swimming.  If you have a Doberman or a Saint Bernard – you should probably compare notes.

Donna Smith,

Nursing Director

Donna Smith joins All Care Health Center with twenty-five years of extensive clinical experience as a Registered Nurse. Her leadership experiences, stemming from a fast-paced hospital environment, showcase her proven record of reliability and commitment to professionalism. Donna is challenge-driven and looks forward to meeting the challenges presented as All Care Health Center’s Nursing Director.
Donna began her education at Pensacola Junior College in Pensacola, Florida, to earn her Associate of Science in Nursing. Donna continued her studies at the University of South Alabama in Mobile to earn her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Donna now calls Sidney, Iowa home.
