All Care Health Center (ACHC) provides comprehensive medical services including prenatal and mental health services to its patients. Our medical staff includes family practice physicians and nurse practitioners to serve our patient’s needs.

Mental health therapy is offered on an outpatient basis. ACHC’s counselors respect the uniqueness of each individual. Together, you, your primary care physician, and the mental health professional work together to devise workable solutions, and create a seamless approach to care.
We are dedicated to providing our community with gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive midwifery care for women. Through education and highly personalized care, we seek to provide guidance for the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle.
Primary Care Medical Providers
Dr. Kathryn Hajj, MD
Dr. Kathryn Hajj joined ACHC in fall of 2016 as Medical Director. She hails from Detroit, Michigan, where she finished training in both Internal and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Wayne State School of Medicine. She focused her interest in geriatric care and treatment for the elderly over the past fifteen years. Her career has led her to All Care Health Center in hopes of providing comprehensive care series to the underserved. In her free time, Dr. Hajj enjoys spending time with her daughter and playing classical piano music.
Dr. Afeera Aabida
Dr. Afeera Aabida is certified by American Board of Family Medicine and American Academy of Family Practice. She went to medical school in India; she graduated from Sheri-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences, where she also did a one year residency in Internal Medicine. She did her family medicine Residency in University of Nebraska Medical Center, and St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, OH. She worked as a Hospitalist in Flower Hospital in Sylvania, Ohio and as an Urgent Care Physician in CHI Alegent Creighton Health Care. In her spare time she spends time with her family, enjoys cooking, reading and writing.
Dr. Aruntha Swampillai
Dr. Swampillai graduated from Riga Stadina University, Latvia and completed her residency program in family medicine at the Siouxland Medical Education Program in Sioux City, Iowa. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Swampillai practices a full spectrum family medicine and has a particular interest in pediatrics, gynecology and preventive medicine. In her spare time spend time she enjoys spending time with her family and listening to music.
Christy Quillen, ARNP
Christy Quillen is a certified family nurse practitioner with the American Academy of nurse practitioners and has been with All Care Health Center since December 2013. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Creighton University in 2007. She has been in healthcare since 1991. Christy provides medical care for all patients and families from ages newborn to adult. Christy’s interests include women’s health, promoting disease prevention and healthy living with patients. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, singing and traveling.
Teresa Dowling, ARNP
Teresa Dowling is a family nurse practitioner and has been with All Care Health Center since August 2009. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009 and received her Nurse Practitioner License the same year. Teresa’s interests include promoting disease prevention and healthy living with patients, spending time with her family, reading and riding her bike.
Kelly Gonzales, ARNP
Kelly Gonzales is a certified family nurse practitioner (FNP) and has been with All Care Health Center since August 2014. Kelly received her FNP from University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) and her PhD from the University of Iowa. Additionally, she teaches for UNMC’s College of Nursing Family Nurse Practitioner program. In her free time, Kelly enjoys running, cooking and spending time with her family.
Jodi Niemants is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University and her Post-Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner from UNMC. Jodi has been with All Care Health Center since August 2014. In addition to seeing patients at the main clinic, she also has a weekly satellite clinic at MOHM’s Place homeless shelter. Jodi’s clinical focus is on disease prevention and overall wellness. In her free time, she enjoys running, gardening, hiking, cooking and travel.

Amy Ford, ARNP
Amy Ford is a woman’s health nurse practitioner and has been with All Care Health Center part time since December 2012. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2005 and graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in May of 2014. Amy has been practicing in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area since 2006. Husker football, reading and attending her children’s sporting functions fill up her free time.

Monica Lewis, LMHP
Monica Lewis, MS, LIMHP LMHC, CCMHC who has been with ACHC since 2013. Monica Lewis, is a masters level, licensed Mental Health Practitioner. She has 14 years of experience, and graduated from Bellevue University in 2002. Monica loves playing basketball, and helping others.
