In-School Behavioral Health Therapy for Council Bluffs Students Expands

All Care Health Center is making it easier for students to receive the behavioral health support they need—right where they are. Behavioral Health Therapist Kay Stutzman, LMHCt will be providing therapy at Kirn Junior High School, Abraham Lincoln High School, Thomas Jefferson High School, and the Kanesville Learning Center, as the 2025-26 school year begins.
Kay specializes in supporting children and teens by helping them navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. By offering therapy within the school setting, All Care is removing transportation and scheduling barriers, and—true to our mission—ensuring care is affordable and accessible for every family.
Parents or guardians who are interested in behavioral health therapy for their child can request services by contacting their school counselor. The counselor will discuss concerns, explore available options, and connect families to therapy services if appropriate.
Through this school-based approach, All Care continues its commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially—without cost being a barrier to care.
