Mobile Medical Clinic Summer Schedule Begins July 13
Summer activities are in full swing, and the start of a new school year isn’t far behind. Beginning July 13, the All Care Mobile Medical Clinic will return to schools throughout the community. The clinic brings healthcare services directly into neighborhoods, making it easier for students to get the care they need close to home.
Summer activities are in full swing, and the start of a new school year isn’t far behind. Beginning July 13, the All Care Mobile Medical Clinic will return to schools throughout the community. The clinic brings healthcare services directly into neighborhoods, making it easier for students to get the care they need close to home.
From back-to-school physicals and immunizations to sick visits and ongoing medication management, the mobile clinic helps students stay healthy and ready for the year ahead. Bringing care directly into neighborhoods makes it easier for families to fit healthcare into their busy schedules.
This year, the mobile clinic will make a new stop at Longfellow Elementary School. The addition was made possible through a partnership with the Council Bluffs Schools Foundation Kids & Company program. Together, we will be helping more students get the sports physicals and immunizations they need before the school year begins.
Students can receive a range of healthcare services on the mobile clinic, including:
- Immunizations
- Well-child exams
- Sports physicals
- Asthma and allergy action plans
- Medication management
- Mental health check-ins
- Sick visits
The summer schedule is as follows:
- Mondays: Carter Lake Elementary 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays: Thomas Jefferson High 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Wednesdays: Abraham Lincoln High 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Thursdays: Longfellow Elementary 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Alternating Fridays: Wilson Middle School & Kirn Middle School 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are always welcome. Families can call (712) 309-1711 to schedule an appointment.
