Riverside Sports Physical & Immunization Clinic

School will soon be starting, which means the start of a new season of athletics at our local schools. All Care will be hosting a sports physical clinic at the All Care Mobile Medical Clinic at Riverside High School on May 29th from 1-5pm.
Athletes from Abraham Lincoln, Wilson Middle School, and surrounding schools can also attend this health event. $30 per physical. Please bring your insurance card if available. Medicaid, commercial insurance, & uninsured welcome. No one will be turned away based on their ability to pay. Call (712) 325-1990 to make an appointment.
