Jessica prides herself on working side-by-side with her patients as a team. She understands the importance of how various factors influence our health and works with her patients to overcome barriers so they can live the healthiest lives possible. Prevention is the best medicine, and she really enjoys educating on ways we can work together to prevent or reverse chronic diseases.

In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and three dogs, watching the Huskers (football and volleyball), golfing, or traveling. Since I am a huge foodie and am not a big fan of cooking, Jessica loves going to new restaurants and eating delicious food!
