Get ahead for the winter sports season! To participate, student athletes must first complete their annual sports physical paperwork.  All Care will be hosting a sports physical clinic at the All Care Mobile Medical Clinic at Abraham Lincoln High School on October 6th from 8:30am-4:30pm.  Athletes from Abraham Lincoln, Wilson Middle School, and surrounding schools can also attend this health event.  Sports physicals will be $30 per student.  Call (712) 325-1990 to make an appointment but walk-in are welcome.  We wish you a safe and successful season with your teams!  We look forward to amplifying our student healthcare access this fall.
