Have an old cell phone you no longer use? You can help someone in our community stay connected to care and support.

All Care Health Center is launching Pass It On: Phone Drive, an ongoing program that collects donated cell phones for community use.

What to Know:

• New or used cell phones are accepted
• Phones do not need to be activated
• Please erase all personal information or reset the phone to factory settings before donating
• All phones are handled safely and securely

How to Donate:

• 📱 Give phones directly to Tracey, Community Health Worker
• 📦 Place phones in the secure drop box by Tracey’s office at All Care Health Center
