Thomas Jefferson High School Sports Physical & Immunization Clinic

School will soon start, which means the start of a new athletics season at our local schools. All Care will be hosting a sports physical clinic at the All Care Mobile Medical Clinic atThomas Jefferson High School.
Athletes from surrounding schools can also attend this health event. $30 per physical. Please bring your insurance card if available. Medicaid, commercial insurance, & uninsured welcome. No one will be turned away based on their ability to pay. Call (712) 309-1711 to make an appointment.
Students who have an appointment on All Care’s Mobile Medical Unit during National Health Center Week will receive a free backpack and school supplies while supplies last.
