Isabel’s Story

For Isabel, living with diabetes had always meant constant worry — about her glucose levels, her health, and how to manage everything on her own. She knew that having a continuous glucose monitor could make a big difference, but getting one turned out to be harder than she expected.
Her family tried to navigate the process, but language barriers made it confusing and stressful. That’s when All Care’s patient navigator stepped in. After learning about the challenges Isabel’s family was facing, the navigator reached out and connected them with All Care’s MARTTI interpreter services.
With that support, everything changed. For the first time, Isabel and her family felt truly heard and understood. They were guided through every step in their own language — and soon, Isabel had the glucose monitor she needed.
“Now I can check my glucose anytime at home,” Isabel shared, smiling. “It gives me peace of mind.”
She says the experience was about more than just getting a device — it was about being cared for with compassion and respect. “They took the time to understand us and helped in our language,” she said. “That meant so much.”
Today, Isabel feels more confident managing her diabetes and grateful to know she’s not alone — All Care will be there whenever she needs support.
