All Care Health Center (ACHC) provides comprehensive medical services including prenatal and mental health.

Mental health therapy is offered on an outpatient basis. ACHC’s counselors respect the uniqueness of each individual. Together, you, your primary care physician, and the mental health professional work together to devise workable solutions, and create a seamless approach to care.
We are dedicated to providing our community with gentle, compassionate, and comprehensive midwifery care for women. Through education and highly personalized care, we seek to provide guidance for the physical, psychological, and social well-being of the mother throughout the childbearing cycle.
Radiology (X-ray) Services
ACHC has a certified Radiologic Technologist to provide X-ray services on site.
Pick up medications the same day as medical or dental appointment.
Primary Care Medical Providers
Dr. Kathryn Hajj, MD
Dr. Kathryn Hajj joined ACHC in fall of 2016 as Medical Director. She hails from Detroit, Michigan, where she finished training in both Internal and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Wayne State School of Medicine. She focused her interest in geriatric care and treatment for the elderly over the past fifteen years. Her career has led her to All Care Health Center in hopes of providing comprehensive care series to the underserved. In her free time, Dr. Hajj enjoys spending time with her daughter and playing classical piano music.
Erin Merrell, ARNP
Erin Merrell is a family nurse practitioner and has been with All Care Health Center since October 2017. She received her Master’s in Nursing from Walden University. She practices family medicine and has a particular interest in pediatrics and preventative medicine. In her spare time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and cooking.
Brook Rogers, ARNP
Brook was born in Wyoming and grew up in Missouri. She earned her Bachelor’s in Nursing at Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. She started her nursing career at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN as a medical vascular nurse and then an ICU nurse. From there she traveled to Phoenix, Los Angeles, and San Francisco as a travel nurse. She returned to the Midwest and she started working in the ER. In 2017, Brook earned her Master’s in Nursing as a Nurse Practitioner at Clarkson College. She joined the All Care in October 2017. In her spare time, Brook enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs, gardening, and knitting.
Dr. Linda Garcia-Dorta, MD
Dr. Linda Garcia-Dorta, MD is a returning face to All Care Health Center. Her diverse experience in family practice is an asset to our community. Dr. Garcia has a big heart, and her passion is to care for all.
Diedra Thies, ARNP, FNP-C
Diedra grew up in South Dakota but has lived in Nebraska since 2008. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Human and Sports Physiology at Wayne State College and also played volleyball there. She then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing at University of Nebraska Medical Center. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner and enjoys the variety of patients that Family Practice brings. She and her husband have one daughter and two dogs. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time going to music concerts, golfing, fishing, and going to the lake.
Nancy Childe, ARNP
Nancy is a born-and-raised Nebraskan. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, NE. She worked as an ER nurse in Lincoln and Omaha before receiving her Master’s Degree in Nursing from UNMC. Nancy enjoys gardening, Chiefs and Steelers football, and running 5K’s. She has 2 children in college and one in elementary school. Nancy is exited to help All Care Health Center patients achieve their goals.

Amy Ford, ARNP
Amy Ford is a woman’s health nurse practitioner and has been with All Care Health Center part-time since December 2012. Some of Amy’s focuses include well-women exams, contraception, gynecologic problems, and pregnancy care to a certain point. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2005 and graduated with her Doctor of Nursing Practice in May of 2014. Amy has been practicing in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area since 2006. Husker football, reading and attending her children’s sporting functions fill up her free time.
Mental Health Providers
Monica Lewis, LIMHP
Monica Lewis, MSCC, MS, LIMHP LMHC, CCMHC, TDAC has been with ACHC since 2013. Monica Lewis, is a masters level, licensed Mental Health Practitioner. She has 16 years of experience and graduated from Bellevue University in 2002. She specializes in working with Major Mental Illness patients, as well as other mental health issues. Monica enjoys the service she provides to those in need of mental health treatment. In her spare time, Monica loves playing basketball and helping others.
Teresa Dowling, ARNP, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC
Teresa Dowling is a family nurse practitioner and has been with All Care Health Center since August 2009. She received her Master’s in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009 and received her Nurse Practitioner License the same year. Teresa completed a post master’s in August 2017 from John Hopkins with a focus on psychiatric mental health nursing. She is passionate about filling the gaps between primary and mental health care. In having dual certifications she hopes she can aid in filling this gap. Teresa’s interests include promoting disease prevention and healthy living with patients. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and riding her bike.
Michele Clair, LCSW, LISW
Michele Clair is a mental health practitioner who came to All Care Health Center April 2019. She is a lifelong resident of Council Bluffs and loves helping her community. She has her Bachelor and Master’s degree from University of Nebraska – Omaha in Social Work. She is passionate about helping people identify and use their strengths to live their best life. In her spare time she enjoys watching baseball and swimming and spending time outdoors.
Andrew Martin, ARNP, PMHNP-BC
Andrew received his Master’s in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2019, and is a Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practicioner. He likes to work with patients with a wide range of mental health conditions, and offers medication management and brief psychotherapy. He enjoys providing care to patients from all backgrounds and ages, including children, adolescents, and adults throughout their life span. In his free time, Andrew likes reading and activites with his family outdoors.
