Your Voice Matters: Join All Care’s Patient Focus Group

All Care Health Center invites patients to participate in quarterly Patient Focus Groups. These sessions offer patients a unique opportunity to share experiences directly with All Care’s leadership—what they value, what could be improved, and what services the community still needs. Leadership is also eager to hear thoughts from patients on the future of healthcare—concerns, hopes, and exciting upcoming changes.

Upcoming sessions include:.

  • English-Led Focus Group: March 18, 12:00-1:00 pm
  • Spanish-Led Focus Group: March 18, 5:00-6:00 pm
  • English-Led Focus Group: March 19, 5:00-6:00 pm

All sessions will be held at All Care Health Center, and refreshments will be provided. No registration is required. Participating patients will receive a $25 Walmart gift card as a thank-you for their time and input.

Patient feedback is invaluable and will directly influence All Care’s 2025 strategic planning efforts. Help us shape the future—spread the word and make a difference!
