Good Work Starts Behind the Scenes

Good nonprofit work takes more than good programs. It takes strong systems, accountability, and an organization built to support the people it serves. Much of that work happens behind the scenes, but it plays a role in everything All Care does. That work recently earned All Care Health Center recognition as a Best Practices Partner by the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands (NAM).

The Best Practices Partnership recognizes nonprofits that meet NAM’s standards for responsible and effective operations. To earn the designation, organizations complete an assessment of their policies and practices and verify that they meet key legal requirements.

For All Care, the recognition reflects the work that goes into building a strong organization behind the services patients see every day. It means taking a close look at how we operate, where we are doing well, and where there are opportunities to improve.

The Best Practices Partnership is recognition of work that rarely gets much attention but helps All Care continue showing up for our patients and community. It is also a reminder that doing good work means continuing to look at how we can do it better.
