When you drop your spare change tickets into the donation boxes at Harrah’s and Horseshoe Casinos in Council Bluffs, you’re supporting local nonprofit organizations like All Care Health Center.

Through Caesars Entertainment’s Change to Make Change program, a portion of the second-quarter donations collected at both casinos will directly support All Care Health Center and the essential healthcare services provided to patients across our community.

Every contribution—no matter the size—adds up to help meet critical needs and strengthen local health and wellness efforts.
