All Care Health Center offers a free Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) group on Fridays from 1–2pm. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on building skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness to help individuals manage emotions and reduce unhealthy behaviors. These skills can make a meaningful difference in day-to-day life, whether someone is feeling overwhelmed or simply looking for healthier ways to cope. DBT is particularly beneficial for individuals who experience difficulty regulating emotions, managing stress, maintaining healthy relationships, or engaging in ineffective coping patterns, including those with mental health and/or substance use concerns.

The group is facilitated by co-occurring therapist Maryann Slack, behavioral health therapist Stacie Acox, and social worker Taban Jock. The DBT group is open to anyone who wants to build practical skills to better manage everyday life.

Joining is simple—just let the front desk know you would like to attend, and they will add you to the list. Take the first step and join us this Friday.
