Every New Patient Starts with a First Connection

Every new patient starts with a first connection. Sometimes it’s a conversation at a community event. Sometimes it’s a visit to a health fair. Sometimes it’s simply meeting a staff member and learning that care is available when it’s needed most.

Those connections are helping more people find care. Between 2024 and 2025, the number of new patients choosing All Care increased from 2,413 to 3,437—a 42% increase. While every patient’s journey is different, many first connections happen through outreach events where community members can ask questions, learn about available services, and meet the people behind the care.

Community Impact Sponsors help make many of those connections possible. Their support helps fund events during National Health Center Week, including visits to local homeless shelters, patient focus groups, opportunities to meet our therapy dog, a community picnic, and our Ambassador Tour. Sponsor support also helps make the Binational Health Fair possible, bringing free health services and resources directly to community members.

Before someone schedules an appointment, they often need a chance to ask questions, learn about available services, and feel comfortable reaching out for care. Community events create those opportunities and help build trust long before a person ever walks through our doors.
