All Care will be hosting an immunization clinic at the All Care Mobile Medical Clinic at Abraham Lincoln High School on October 6th from 8:30am-4:30pm.  Students from Abraham Lincoln, Wilson Middle School, and surrounding schools can also attend this health event. To participate, students must first complete their ACHC Student Consent Forms.

Immunizations will occur during a well-check. Please bring an insurance card, if available but no student will be denied based on ability to pay. Call (712) 325-1990 to make an appointment but walk-in are welcome. We look forward to amplifying our student healthcare access this fall.
