Wheels on the bus will be going round and round.

The wheels on the bus will go round and round throughout the town as it begins a new rotation among five Council Bluffs Community School District sites on January 16. All Care’s mobile medical clinic will be making weekly stops at Thomas Jefferson High School (Tuesdays), Abraham Lincoln High School (Wednesdays), and Kanesville Learning Center (Thursdays) and will alternate Fridays at Woodrow Wilson and Gerald W. Kirn Middle Schools. The mobile healthcare clinic hours are from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at each location.

All Care Health Center’s mobile medical clinic provides high-quality and affordable healthcare services to all Council Bluffs Community School District students, district families, and school staff, regardless of the mobile healthcare clinic’s location. Patients can expect the same high-quality providers and care they would receive at All Care Health Center’s clinic locations. The mobile primary medical services include well-child visits, sports physicals, medication management, vaccinations, and sick visits.

Parents should complete enrollment paperwork and return to studentforms@allcarehealthcenter.org or have your student bring completed forms at their appointment. Consent is necessary for services.
